What is a pneumatic fixed walker?

A pneumatic walker is a very supportive boot, ideal for ankle injuries and instabilities. This boot is more supportive due to the pneumatic design as there are inflatable air cells that provide that extra support and also help to reduce swelling. 

What injuries would the boot be suitable for?

Grade II/Ⅲ ankle sprain, stable fracture of the fibula, talus, calcaneus and medial malleolus, post ligament, soft tissue and tendon surgery or forefoot and midfoot injury.

What are the benefits?

The boot is designed to aid propulsion with a rocker bottom design which helps the user walk comfortably. Also, the boot reduces the heel strike force on the calcaneus. With adjustable straps, the boot can be tailored to the user to suit them.

We ship to Europe using Parcelforce and your local postal service provider. The tracking for my order shows it has been delivered but I have not received it. What should I do?

What do I do if I have missed my delivery?

Royal Mail or Parcelforce (depending on the delivery service chosen) should have left a calling card. Please give them a call or visit their site as instructed on the card to book a redelivery or collection. If you have any trouble, please contact us so we can help you.
