When should a cast boot be used?
When a foot is broken or has undergone surgery, the bones must heal in correct alignment so as to prevent issues later on. A cast boot is an effective way to ensure the bones have a limited amount of movement when they heal, along with limiting the surrounding soft tissue from moving.
What are the features?
Apart from limiting the range of movement, the paediatric cast boot helps to reduce the impact of each step. It does this with the rocker bottom design which aids propulsion, assists a normal gait and reduces the impact of heel-strike; which is a lot kinder to the healing foot.
It is made from a durable canvas material so can be worn all day and has adjustable Velcro straps to ensure a comfortable fit.
The boot has a non-skid sole to provide a stable platform for the foot and it can be worn on either the left or right foot.

We ship to Europe using Parcelforce and your local postal service provider. If you want to order an item to get it to a location outside of Europe, we would suggest using a forwarding company, or you are welcome to organise the postage yourself. If you would like to organise for a shipping company like Hermes, FEDEX, DHL etc to collect the parcel from us to deliver to your destination, please contact us so we can prepare the order for collection.

The tracking for my order shows it has been delivered but I have not received it. What should I do?

What do I do if I have missed my delivery?
Royal Mail or Parcelforce (depending on the delivery service chosen) should have left a calling card. Please give them a call or visit their site as instructed on the card to book a redelivery or collection. If you have any trouble, please contact us so we can help you.
