The MediGenix Ear & Forehead Infrared Thermometer is designed for scanning the temperature of a person through the highest temperature in the internal ear. This results in higher accuracy of temperature readings. There is a removable cap which means the thermometer can be used as either an ear thermometer or forehead thermometer.
In just one second it accurately reads the temperature in either degree Centigrade or Fahrenheit depending on which mode you set it to.
It stores the last 9 readings and has a fever alarm, which sounds when measuring in body mode if a fever is detected. This display will light up in green if the temperature is within normal range, yellow if it is elevated and red if a fever is detected.
The MediGenix thermometer is particularly useful as it receives the most accurate internal readings by registering the highest temperature in the inner ear. The backlit display means you can effectively read a temperature in a darkened room providing you manage to get within 2 to 4cm of the patient’s forehead when taking the reading.

How to use:
1. Remove the cap to reveal the ear probe.
2. Insert the probe into the ear so the sensor tip is directly pointing at the eardrum. To do this, pull the ear slightly up and backwards.
3. Press the ON button to take a measurement.
4. The temperature will show up on the screen for 5 seconds.
1. Ensure the cap is fitted firmly onto the thermometer.
2. Press the ON button to turn the thermometer on.
3. Place the capped thermometer on the temple and press and HOLD the ON button.
4. Whilst holding the ON button, move the thermometer across the forehead to the other temple.
5. Release the ON button.
6. The measured temperature will display on the screen.

All orders placed Monday-Friday before 2pm are despatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, will be despatched the next working day (Mon-Fri). Orders placed after 2pm on a Friday or over the weekend, will be despatched the following Monday (excluding bank holidays).

At the moment, we are not delivering outside of mainland UK and Northern Ireland, however, please check back soon as we will be expanding our shipping locations. How do I track my order?
All our orders can be tracked. Once your order has been despatched, you will receive an email with your tracking information.
The tracking for my order shows it has been delivered but I have not received it. What should I do?

What do I do if I have missed my delivery?
Royal Mail or Parcelforce (depending on the delivery service chosen) should have left a calling card. Please give them a call or visit their site as instructed on the card to book a redelivery or collection. If you have any trouble, please contact us so we can help you.
