The MediGenix fingertip pulse oximeter is an attractive design and provides accurate and reliable results. It is small and lightweight so it is easy to carry around and with a one-button operation, it is very simple to use.
Covid patients commonly suffer from 'Silent Hypoxia'. This phenomenon is when a patient's blood oxygen level drops to a dangerously low level without the patient being aware of it. Low oxygen levels can damage organs as a result and can lead to the patient having to be put on a ventilator in hospital. The only way of knowing for sure that the patient is not in danger, is to regularly check the SpO2 levels using an oximeter.
This pulse oximeter displays your %SpO2 and pulse rate clearly on the OLED dual colour screen. Along with a precise SpO2 result, you will also see the waveform and pulse bar for a visual demonstration of the readings.
After 8 seconds the meter will automatically shut-off to save battery life and also has a low battery indicator displayed on the screen.

How to use:
- Insert the two batteries included in the box by removing the cover on the meter.
- Squeeze the end of the clip to open up the finger pad.
- Place the finger on the pad and release the clip so it is securely on the finger.
- Ensure the hand is relaxed on a flat surface and press the blue button.
- The results will then show up on the screen.
- To reset the oximeter, press the blue button.

All our orders can be tracked. Once your order has been despatched, you will receive an email with your tracking information.
The tracking for my order shows it has been delivered but I have not received it. What should I do?

What do I do if I have missed my delivery?
Royal Mail or Parcelforce (depending on the delivery service chosen) should have left a calling card. Please give them a call or visit their site as instructed on the card to book a redelivery or collection. If you have any trouble, please contact us so we can help you.
